Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inder App application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Inder App ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inder App you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
• You meet the eligibility requirements described in Section 2.
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Inder App is intended for adults. To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
• Not have had a previous Inder App account terminated for violations of these Terms.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Your Account

When you create an Inder App account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information.
• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with others.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@inderapp.com.

You may not create accounts for others, create multiple accounts, or create an account after a prior account has been terminated.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Inder App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users.
• Post or transmit content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Create fake profiles or use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Solicit money, financial information, or goods from other users.
• Spam, advertise, or promote commercial products or services.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Inder App.
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation, including via denial-of-service attacks.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

5. User Content

Your content: Inder App allows you to post a profile, photos, bio, interest tags, and send messages. You retain ownership of all content you create ("User Content").

License to Inder App: By posting User Content, you grant Inder App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Content standards: You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Is accurate and truthful (especially profile information).
• Does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Does not contain nudity, sexually explicit material, violence, or hate speech.
• Does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these standards, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Inder App and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

The Inder App name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Inder App. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Inder App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your profile is immediately removed from discovery and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or security reasons. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Your profile is removed from discovery.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations.
• Any errors will be corrected.

Inder App is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or identity of any user. Meeting other users — whether online or in person — is at your own risk. Please exercise appropriate caution.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INDERAPP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Inder App's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inder App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@inderapp.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and send an in-app notification to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
