We wanted an app that respects your time, protects your privacy, and gives you two real ways to discover people — without dark patterns, fake urgency, or pay-to-win mechanics.

How we got here

The story behind the app

Inder App started as a side project born from frustration. The founders were tired of apps that buried useful features behind paywalls, buried privacy settings in confusing menus, and seemed engineered to keep you swiping rather than actually meeting anyone.

The vision was simple: one app, two modes, zero manipulation. Connect Mode for people who like to browse and think. Swap Mode for people who enjoy the spontaneity of card swiping. Both modes leading to the same outcome — a real conversation with someone who's mutually interested.

Built on Flutter, Inder App ships as a single codebase to Android, iOS, desktop, and web. No feature disparity between platforms. No "mobile only" excuses. Wherever you are, Inder App is there too.

Two ways to discover a connection

Inder App is a social dating service for adults aged 18 and over. It brings profile discovery and conversations into one place. Connect Mode lets you explore profiles and read about someone before expressing interest. Swap Mode offers a card-based way to discover people. You can choose the approach that suits your pace rather than treating every introduction the same way.

Start with a profile that says something about you

A useful profile gives another person a starting point for a conversation. Write a short bio about what you enjoy, choose interests that reflect your everyday life, and use photos you have permission to share. Specific details, such as a favourite walking route or the kind of food you like cooking, are more helpful than a long list of general adjectives. Keep your home address, financial details, and other sensitive information out of your public profile.

Interest is the beginning of a conversation

Discovery helps you find people you might like to know; a match reflects mutual interest. It does not establish someone’s identity or guarantee compatibility. Take time to talk, respect the other person’s boundaries, and decide for yourself whether to continue. Nobody owes another member a reply or an in-person meeting.
